P PRdubi New member Dec 22, 2012 #1 Mines broke and I was not willing to pay over a hundred at the dealer. Used bike brake cables cut to length and replaced the broken one. All is well now. Cost ten bucks cut to length.

Pyroboy New member Dec 22, 2012 #2 I did something similar, used the centre from a heavy duty Marr connector for electrical wiring to make a new end on the factory cable as mine broke right at the joint.
