Water in Fog Light Housing after LED install

So I came out after work yesterday, turned on my Fogs and noticed an underwater glimmer on the road. The seal on the Fogs seems good, but I've never had this problem until the LEDs went in. Considering putting the stock bulbs back in and having the dealer take a gander.

Anyone had this prob before, if so, how did you resolve it?

Does the LED bulb have the rubber gasket around it like the OEM bulb did? Most likely that gasket (if present) is not providing an adequate seal.

Yeah it has a seal identical to the halogens. I swapped it back to the halogens for now.
