Weekend Mods, w/ pics

Did a few things to the 4R this weekend thought I'd share with you guys

did the LED interior swap first of all, great mod and took less than 20 minutes and the difference is amazing!

here's a couple showing the difference between the bulbs

also replaced the stock 921 reverse light bulbs with leds

then i moved onto some plasti dipping, love this stuff, no worries with overspray because once dry it peels right off! Here's the before:

also did the emblems and the rear chrome hatch piece

overall am happy with outcome, iphone pics aren't the best sorry. Next weekend will be busy as well, got to install my Avic x930 and have a Daystar 2.5/1.5 on the way as well and am definitely going to be blacking out the headlights soon too!

Nice work, the plasti-dip looks good and putting in the LEDs are definitely a nice change from the stock bulbs!!!

No primer, I actually just removed the grill and cleaned it really well and applied 3 even coats allowing each one to dry for about an hour, came out better than I could have hoped for.

Man I like the LED bulb replacement you did, do you have a list of the bulb numbers so I can do it.

And the plasti-dip is on my list also.

what led bulbs did u use for the reverse, i use the cree led and that thing costed about 30-35 and its the only led i know that is useful, i have tried the smd, it looks good, but not useful.

I did the interior as well and it is great. What led did you use for the plate ones?

Same questions here regarding which LED's you used for the reverse lights and the license plate lights. I just upgraded my headlights to H9 bulbs (over the stock H11's) and was going to start working on the rear now.
