4 GSP's of my own. From whom did you acquire your puppy? I know a few GSP breeders in Oregon. I do not get 24 mpg but my 4runner does better thafftopic:n my Taco did that i traded in probably 19-20 mpg mixed driving with Duratracs in my signature. Great hunting rig!!
We picked up both of ours (a year apart) from Oregon GSP Adventures, run by Amy McComas and Marty Parsons, great people. We're training our older one out in the fields (junior test this weekend) and the 4Runner is great for transporting the both of them especially on the dirt roads in the farmland where we train them. Once I get my Duratracs and lift (and rack and lights) I expect my mileage to go lower but my overall driving pleasure and performance in some muddy field to go WAY UP

got a giant bird crap on the hood/windsheild not 20 minutes after taking it out of the garage. came right off, thank god!
decided to put one more cut of wax on the hood for good measure. at this point, the bird crap should fly right off the paint. :lookout:

Just got back from a relaxing time in Maine. We go to Ogunquit, but also always stop at LL Bean, Cabela's, Portland for the best raw oysters in the world (of course washed down with some Anchor Steam ) This was our first time up to Freeport...and I highly suggest putting it on the tour. The 4runner performed flawlessly, and having the fridge plugged in all the time was the friggin score of the century!!

Then this past weekend I towed my Corvette from Upstate NY to Upper Michigan (friend followed in my Tahoe) and I left the Vette and Tahoe there in preparation for my move to Kansas City next week:
Went exploring:
Found Mud:
Drove home back to New York. Round trip was 2200 miles. Truck now has 3,300 miles on it.

Added some FormulaOne Pinnacle ceramic tint and put on a POS roof rack for upcoming vacation. The tint is 50% up front and 20% rear.
The roof rack is so I can decide if I want a low profile rack or a raised side rack. I paid 125 delivered, so I figure I can get that back out of it through Craigslist

LL Bean is a great take if you're in the area, heck I've made day trips to Freeport just to shop there. The smaller stores they are opening now just don't compare to their flagship store in Freeport.

It was very impressive, as was the Cabelas, I walked around in a daze for hours in both stores...:lmao:
Of course once the better half saw the Coach, and Dooney and Bourke stores....I was free to meander, check out some local talent, and consume several 20 oz Shipyard Ales...yep..Freeport's a helluva town!
