What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

A friend of mine helped me install Icon Stage 2 on Saturday. Went fairly smooth but mannn does Icon provide some poor instructions that caused some headaches and additional time added. Potentially some new hardware included that I haven't noticed in other write-ups that caused problems as well. Going to hit up Icon and provide some feedback, at least to see what they say, maybe we were missing something with an easy solve?

Went to Discount Tire yesterday to have 285/70/17 KO2s in Load C put on along with TRD Pro Sema wheels in black. I've heard the sentiment that too many people have these but I'm personally not a fan of most truck wheels, best looking option available IMHO. Alignment done same day.

There was some VERY minor rubbing on the mudflap in reverse on full-lock, I've removed those for now until I decide what to do with them. The front fender was too close for comfort so I went ahead and did the fender liner mod, pushing those puppies as far forward as they would go and did the trimming. (not pictured)

Overall super happy with how everything came out. The lift is more drastic than I had pictured in my mind but that isn't a bad thing. Already have noticed significantly better road handling, very much looking forward to hitting some trails!

Ordered my Bilstein 5100s today - finally. Will go up 1.75" and 1" Cornfed in rear.

My final purchase for this build will be a pair of RSG rock sliders. I'm just trying to decide whether to get the [flat] straight or kick version. The straight ones look way better IMO, but I love me some kickouts. This is a tough, no-lose decision.

Poor mans compressor

I wanted a small inflator for tires, blow up dolls, airlift and other inflatables. Didn’t have the coin that a lot of you other members have but really didn’t need anything fancy. It’s 110v and the 400w gen pushes it just fine. Some soft foam and 4 ss screws and it’s good. All the weight (6lbs) is supported by the top of the console so the screws really only keep it from sliding around. It’s quiet, programmed auto stop and fairly fast. The hose stores in the jack compartment.

Sometime's its just the simpler mods in life that make life so much easier:

Drilled a hole in my safe to access the cigarette lighter/USB (and if you are wondering that isn't my combo). A side note, whatever steel these guys are using, it almost killed my drill (which I guess is a good thing):

DC sport tip that peeps on this forum recommended, costed about 20 duckets vs. 75 smackarooos for the OEM one.

I've had a lot going on the past few months, including my wife getting pneumonia and spending most of February in the hospital, so I haven't been able to get out and do anything fun with the 4Runner for a while. But last week I finally got a chance to head out to the desert for a couple days! I left Wednesday night and returned Friday afternoon.

Those of you with raptor lights, did you make them run in conjunction with the headlights or did you create an independent toggle?

If independent toggle, that means you have to manually turn them off and failing to do so will result in your battery draining, correct?
