What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

If you look at the acceptable caster range shown on the alignment report from [MENTION=303056]Bayou_Pro[/MENTION] it says 2.8-3.8. I believe that is the factory spec. The range shown on your sheet is huge-I don't think they looked yours up before they started. Feedback from folks on the forum with lifts has indicated that the closer to 4.0 they have gotten, the better their ride has been. I would agree based on my experience. That moving around after hitting a bump or pothole you mention is the dartiness I have referred to. Highway speed limit where I live is 80mph in many places, so it really gets exaggerated when you hit a bump or change lanes at that speed. The acceptable range shown on your report looks to be -0.3 to +6.8 (by my old eyes on a phone screen). Pretty much anything is going to fall within those numbers.

Seems from what others are saying they wouldnt have been able to get it to 4* anyway with stock arms.
But, I wonder if they would have tried anyway, or set it to some stock number. Thats why I was curious what a bone stock numbers are.
The handing isnt bad at all, but I can see me getting a set of UCAs one day, but for now I dont want to "waste" another $65 on alignment getting new arms now.

I hear you about the dealership. Mine wouldn't even put my truck on the rack for alignment when they saw I put new shocks on it! I didn't want to have to buy UCAs, but I could only get 1.2-1.4 from the stock arms and it didn't drive very well. Feels well planted at 3.9. FWIW, I've been to two independent alignment shops will let you come back for free follow up alignments for 6 months.

All his numbers are green because they used factory specs. Again, useless once lifted. That's about as good as you're going to get without aftermarket upper control arms.

These are the original ones, stick on the outside. I did get the low pro ones first and just holding them up to the car was too low pro for my tastes.

I installed Bilstein 5100’s (set to 1.75” of lift) all the way around and 1.5” Daystar rear spacers. 285/70/17 KO2’s will get thrown on Monday.

Installed Icon stage 1, spc uca, rays 10 and some 275/70/17 ko2’s. Rear needs to settle then I’ll check the rake and adjust the front still a little if I need to. Going to drive it a week before alignment. Only a slight rub on the mud flap at full lock in reverse and I’ll wait until after alignment to deal with it.

Gobi- It's the stealth multi-light with no-rise option (which removes the front flare up and makes it completely flat)

I ran it 24hrs without the wind deflector and it HOWLED above 35-40mph. Installed the wind deflector and now I would almost swear it is more quiet with the sunroof open than it was stock.
