What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I'm not sure what I did in my 5th gen today!
Sorry I know this is not the thread for this, but I thought it might get eyes on my issue.
I drove 30 minutes in the snow in 4 wheel high with no issues. 3 hours later I started it up only to find the traction control, 4 wheel low, KDSS, airbag, ABS and power steering lights all on the temp gauge, tachometer, speedometer and odometer all non functioning as well as 4 wheel high and low not working. It drove fine and shifted fine in 2 wheel drive, but everything was dead and no miles were logged on the odometer.
Not sure where the tachometer is hooked up to; does someone know? The wire harness to the transmission or transfer case is my best guess for a cause to the issue. Maybe a loose plug from when I re-geared? I checked for loose grounds and such.
I can't find a thread for anything like this on a 5th gen. Any pointers? The car is running and idling normally when I took the photo and looks the same at 60mph.

If memory serves, speedo relies on ABS wheel speed sensors. If you don’t have speedo, I suspect you’ve got a frozen up sensor. Did it clear up after things thawed out? I had a wheel speed sensor go out on a different vehicle, and it lit up like a Christmas tree, very similar to this.

Wheels and tires! Technically just got rid of the 20” wheels and dropped to stock 17” sizing, nothing crazy. But less mall crawler now! View attachment 349230

Yesterday.

Went to Victory 4x4's open house. Picked up 1 rear and the console molle panels.

Hit some two-tracks on the way home.

Installed the molle panels at home

No Drill Roof Rack Shovel Mount

Shovel Relocation Today... Can You Dig It?

Just a few "Quick Fist" clamps. No drill method. Mounted with heavy duty zip ties over black "Gorilla" tape to prevent any sliding or movement. Solid. Shovel was in the back for a while. Was using the third row seatbelts as a sort of shovel holder. Wound up with some minor scuffs on the walls as a result. So... Very nice to have the trusty shovel mounted up top now.

I disconnected the battery and let it sit overnight. It was outside in the snow so it did not thaw, but in the morning everything worked and no lights.
I had no idea that the transfer case was so dependent on electronics, It would not go into 4 hi or 4 low. It ground when I tried 4low. I thought the box was dead and shed a tear.
I think it must have been one of the grounds I tightened and overnight with no battery reset whatever was the issue. It's going to the dealer to see what they think. I would like it to be an all weather car.

Went out and got a Christmas tree with the family. My 18yr old daughter wanted some 4x4 experience in her ‘85 truck, so she drove it. Had a great time. And yes 4R’s love snow!

Learned LDA is not lane departure assist.
On my old truck lane departure would correct steering if you were about to go out of your lane. Just picked up a 20 and decided to see how it worked on the highway.
Lol, it's not assist.. It's ALERT! It for sure alerted me I was going outta my lane and here I am waiting for it to steer itself.. nope, just sits there and laughs at you when you drive off the road! I did get back in lane before anything happened, just glad I learned while testing

Why don't you read what I wrote. I was testing the lane departure feature and in a controlled situation. You should be thankful for "people like me" for testing shit out and not depending on what we think its supposed to do.

It's not the testing part. It's the part where you want it to be a viable option instead of just paying attention to the road.

Give it up, you were wrong. I tested it in a controlled area and never said squat about wanting it to be viable and not pay attention. I guess everyone driving a car with saftey sense scares you. stay home then

Installed Eibach Pro Lift and 1/2” Cornfed spacer in the rear for a little extra lift as well. Had it aligned right after and couldn’t be happier with the ride and lift so far.
