it was the same one suggested in this huge thread a few times. Off amazon and so far so good. I was so worried about scratches that I had the dealer leave the plastic film on it until I received the truck to avoid any scratches. Hopefully she stays pristine for years to come with the screen protector.

They are bright. I do not think there will be a vast difference between the smoked and black.
Really not sure how much brighter they are compared to stock, but being able to see the light from the front and back makes the signal look brighter with the more light output.
I wanted non-sequential so that made my color choice easy.

Homemade traction mat mount
I received a pair of ARB Tredz traction boards as a free gift with my Ironman 4x4 Nitro Gas Suspension kit last month. (There's a whole saga with that that I will detail once I start my build thread... It ended well though.)
I am currently saving for a full length roof rack and RTT, but needed a way to carry my Gazelle T4 when the kids seats are in the car, so I picked up a pair of budget clamp-on crossbars. They're rated for 150 lbs, and feel super solid when attached, so I felt good about using them for the time being. I originally planned to just chuck the Tredz in the runner til I got a big rack, but the more I thought about it, I decided that if I needed to use them, I probably wouldn't want to put them BACK in the truck afterwards, and I started thinking about how I could secure them to my new crossbars.
After a trip to both big box hardware stores, I came home with 2 sticks of aluminum c-channel, and all the hardware needed to mount the new stuff to the rails, and the boards to the new stuff. It took about 2.5 hours, but I fabbed up a neat little mounting system that works quite well. Check it out!

Thanks ... It looks great on video. But up close; you'll see alot of over spray. The Bozo that did it. Didn't do a good job.
Down fall is the only way to get rid of it. Is to sand blast it off with crush walnut shells.

I've had the tredz traction boards for ever and have never used them. But it's good to have than not. I need to find a better solution to mount them. I currently have them ratchet strapped to my swing out. I need to find a more permanent solution soon.

The amount of "spotters" screaming at the same time would have drove me crazy. Someone yelling "passenger" as you are 1cm from a rock on passenger side was amusing.

Yes there was a ton of people. But I'm pretty good at discerning the voice of the actual spotter.

Decided to replace my hack job rear mud flaps with the Revtek ones. Im not real impressed. I think the plastic should be a softer more pliable plastic. I ordered from Autoplicity. The envelope they sent was completely open and only 5 push pins were in there. It should be fine, but I expected better. They definitely look better than my hack job. I’m also not impressed with the big opening for mud to collect on the passenger side. I paid $43 so I’m not too upset about my issues with them.

Lol it was chaotic but I made the gate keeper which was a goal. But I broke down mid trail at the very top. At an obstacle known to break part and hearts.
I will try to hit this trail next year ... After the snow melts and after the wounds are healed

Had the front two windows tinted to match the rest. Installed my iDrive which was a fantastic suggestion from members on here in previous posts. Throttle response is SO much better. After messing with it a bit I think I prefer setting "U2".
This weekend using a Carista to change a bunch of factory settings and hopefully will install grill lights. I love this damn truck already!
