Looks like a Benchmade 940 without a deep pocket clip, which I prefer. You need King bling handles on your knife. Or MGM.

nah, a REI special benchmade griptilian. I dunno if they are still made for REI anymore. Basically, its army green w/ green standoffs, and carved g10 grips. This is my beater knife.

I do have a osborne 940 that i carry when i need a thinner pocket knife.

lol if only king made a knife lol....

Installed a Gobi rack and ladder and also some Westcott sliders. Not too much of a pain. The drivers side slider had to go under the KDSS lines but using a floor jack helped. One bolt was tough to get in but the rest worked fine.

I lost my 940 with G10 grips. Great edc with a deep pocket clip and thin. You could get CF handles to match your hood.
The below pic is pretty close in color to King blue.

Finally got my rear bumper on, of course right in the middle of summer. The heat got to be too much to get the swing out on but that will come maybe this weekend.

plate and light?

If you have the victory 4x4 jerry can, you can mount it there (use button head screws on the can side) or to the tire carrier portion.

On my bumper:
most of the time, i have it on my tire carrier.

For when i have to use a trasharoo (which is rare): i mount my plate to my ladder, and pray i don't get pulled over for no light.

I'm going to mount my light and plate permanently to my jerry can once i get a new jerry can holder in.

As for wiring, easiest is to use your hitch connection, so you don't splce into the wiring behind your taillight.

I only did the single swing for the tire, I'm not big on dual swingouts. I am thinking of putting it where the victory cover plate is and routing wire for light thru it. I don't think enough of the plate will show with the tire on to leave it and not get hassled.

Adjusted the pre load on my fresh front Kings to get close to matching the 3" lift in the rear for a levelish look

Also finished my air system last week. ARB dual compressor, MORE mount, Sponsored by Wifey air system, and Rago schrader valve mounts.

Still need to add the ARB tank below the compressor

I wanted to put mine where you put yours but the early 5th gen has a wiring harness that runs where you need to bolt the compressor mount. on the newer 5th gens that harness is up on the fender and out of the way. I ended up mounting on the drivers side but passenger side was my first choice

I did enjoy the compressor install too lol, it's my #2 favourite install, my #1 is the ham radio

I like the look and spacing on the pass side, but if you ever add a Switch Pro, the drivers side is better. Either way works obviously!

That’s why we are here! I would also consider making a platform for it for sand and mud. It fit perfectly in the hi lift base so I just drilled that as well and threw some bolts, threw it in a harbor freight case. Done.

i finished my jack project. I ordered the correct OEM 3rd gen 4runner jack off bay based off your recommendation and drilled out the punch crimps at the cap, and viola, it works with the safe jack extensions!!!!

no more hilift jack.

Alot more versatility without taking any more room in the jack cubby hole.

Found a used set of 33” Falken wildpeak m/ts near me and got them installed. Paired with the 1.25” spidertax spacers, the stance is perfect. I’m in love with the look. They do rub the body mount but pretty much only at full lock. Not as bad as I thought it would be so I’ll roll with it until I can figure out what bmc I’m gonna do. I already removed the mudflaps and trimmed the front bump so no issues there.

5.5 hours of cleaning every inch of the interior (kids + camping = gross interior!).You wouldn't believe the amount of snackfood i found under the seats. Also installed a brake controller I got for free. I did not want to drill so I used velcro and pulled the dummy switch. Just need it functional for the summer. I would prefer a Redarc!
