I'm going to try plastidip first to see how long it lasts. If it doesn't make it a full year id like to go with vinyl for a sport hood to keep glare from my led bar to a minimum.

Mine is holding up great after 8 months. That's included power washing after offloading.
Looked at vinyl when I did mine, but it was $70ish...can of plasti dip was $6.

First time having all my lights on...new hellas
I have 3k hids for the fogs...plan on fitting a set of 6k hids for the hellas...and am keeping an eye out for another set of fogs to mount where the front tag bracket would be

I'm contemplating doing my rear u-joint as well.
I have a shimmy in the gear shift and curiosity has me wondering if it's the u-joint. I have removed the drive shaft and the fronts check out, but the rear is stiff in certain movements.
Did you go with the Toyota part (~50$)? I'd never go Moog, etc, but there is a online retailer that sells one for a bit cheaper which claims is OEM..... I forget which one now. I think it was $36.

i burned up one two years ago on a snow wheeling trip that turned into a all night recovery when a friend (who came to help me when i got stuck -dont go snow wheeling alone with your two young kids lol.... long story but i never intended to go snow wheeling alone, i just was gonna take the kids to play in the snow and one thing lead to another) snapped his front axle and lost the entire spindle when he hit a log buried under the snow... we were way up ontop of a old fire road basicaly about 100' lower than the ridge line and the only two ways down was through a 15' snow drift that guys with truggies and buggies later tried but couldnt, or down the long steep hill that was about a 1/2 mile long and dropped almost 900' in elevation, with a shear drop off on one side down a recent clear cut, so no trees to stop you till the bottom and a bank on the other side... we couldnt get a truck and trailer up to him, we tried, even with chans f&r and two helper rigs, just too steep and the snow and ice was too glazed, not to mention trying to come back down the hill. anyhow long story and i digress, while trying to get his wheel and spindle back into the axle and make the rig rollable i burned up my power steering pump doing a lot of turning and maneuvering in deep snow trying to get winch lines run and anchors set ect... it was a long night and at some point during the day i burned up a pump, i didnt know till the next day when i got back home and aired my tires back up -had them at about 8psi that i lost ps -no pump whine just no ps, i cooked they system. bought a new low mileage pump and put that on and had ps again. i think that was also the begining of the end of my ps rack as well, it started leaking after that and now its just pissing fluid like ill have to refill my pump res every other day.
