What did you do to your 3rd gen today?

I really wanted an overland gear window rack like this.

For the price, never would've happened.
Worked on making my own today. Now, I just have to figure out a top mount l.

I plan on mounting my fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and flashlight to it

I installed a Kenwood stereo system, 6 speakers and a subwoofer. Then we put new seat covers from Cabelas over the front and rear seats. Lastly, installed some rear mounted LED flood lights and wired them into the backup lights.

I swapped in a elocker axle into my 4runner. Now I am trying to bleed the brakes.

The stuff does work amazingly well. It can even mask low levels of cat urine.

Well I put in a new rack and pinion, tie rod ends, sway bar bushings, sway bar end links, upper ball joints.

Had a frozen tailgate latch, so I took care of that.

Also removed the bug deflector. Not sure how I feel about it yet...

This weekend was semi-productive for a change. I repainted and installed my front skid plate onto the new 4Runner to give it some protection from the dangerous city streets. I also got [MENTION=57546]4-Ripcord[/MENTION]'s bracket design earlier last week. I cut it out of some acrylic that I had and it turned out great! Using a heat gun and a piece of wood, I was able to bend it to shape in mostly the correct way. I then cut a piece of sheet metal to make a drop bracket for the current things using the holes. The rough draft of it worked well, so I will bring it into work tomorrow to radius the corners and round all of the edges. Once I paint it, I will be able to install it! It's tough to tell from the picture and the color of acrylic, but Ripcord's name is on the lip that bolts to the fender wall. Finally, [MENTION=53337]SCRunner12[/MENTION] came by to pick up my rear bumper that was in the accident. Hopefully he will be able to work his magic and make it straight again so he can use it on his!

I didnt do any work ( just bought truck) but I saw today my truck is equipped with liquid metal rims with ... too many lugs? website says these dont even fit my truck... I do like em tho. Any Ideas?

So I presume those squiggly pieces are for if you hit something, they buckle rather than bending your frame? Always wondered how these aftermarket front bumpers deal with minor bumps.
