I build custom houses doing everything from foundations to cabinets , so it depends on what stage the house is at . Unfortunly I'm framing right now . But the good part is on days like this I just stay home .

All within a week: Re-painted the sun-faded OEM roof rack guides. Tranny, coolant, power steering, brake fuild flush. Replaced eibech coils up front with some '99 talls and replaced my RC shocks in the rear with 5100's. Energy suspension sway link bushings. Re-tinted front windows. Replaced starter. Went fully Amsoil synthetic. Tac welds on steering slip joint. Anndddd OME trim packers in rear. Runs and feels like a brand new truck!

I replaced my sway bar bushings today too. I found that the kit needs to supply washers for the rear bushing brackets cuz the bolt heads are too small and kinda slip into the slots on the brackets. Luckily I had some on hand.
Hey there. I was noticing your build and the tires you have. I am about to buy some tires and found a deal on some Nexen Roadian AT 10 ply. I don't load it heavy but figure it can't hurt to have the 10ply. I just off road with it. Not a daily driver. You think it is overkill and they may be really heavy? Or just go for it because they might be a little tougher too?

Ok. Now I'm really done. I had this idea to put something in my center console mod void where the ashtray was. I hadn't exactly decided what that would be. More switches, a CB? So while I'm painting it last night I look in the arm rest storage for some reason. There's my little 300w inverter. I use it all the time camping to grind my beans for the french press. Yeah, I love my coffee.
It looks like the right size. Yep it'll fit. Oh, wait. I still have that ashtray holder somewhere. Yep there it is. 30 minutes of grinding and dremelling later and it's a done deal. Once the DAP dries it gets some touch up paint then installed. I still can't decide if it's cool or really friggin cool but it will be useful. lol

Changed oil and fixed the mounts on my $10 harbor freight off-road lights (not sure if I like them. They're already rusting after less than a year). I also discovered a coolant leak. There's coolant on the steering rack, transcooler lines (bypassed), and front differential; it's coming from up above. I spent about 20 minutes trying to see look at the heater lines but I think there might be more I can't see. I'm hoping my head isn't leaking and that it's simply a heater line. Anyone experience anything like this or know an angle to look at the heater lines?

Cut up my front running board end caps and sealed the inner fender liners. I was going to modify some plain mud flaps, but these were actually a perfect fit. I could not get any large flat plastic mud flaps to mod....I live in bum fack so where...so I made it work. I cut the bottom loose from the sides, heat gun molded the bottom, and it lays perfectly along bottom of body to running board with some self tapping screw help. Cut the side to match and I have the needed clearance for my chains...and no more mud all over the side to the roof of the rig.

theres a heater hose thats right above the steering rack
youll have to angle your head from the bottom to see it
or you can see it from the top of the engine it looks like a question mark angled hose
its the lowest hanging hose and plugs into a port in back of the engine
hope thats where ur leaking

99 coils front and rear to install.
B&M trans cooler to install.
Flush front and rear diffs with new Redline Synthetic (only the good stuff) and of course rear diff breather mod
Front steering rack bushings.
And finally get the wildpeak at3w's installed
