Best and sometimes last mod since that mod is so damn expensive.

Installed new uniballs in the UCA's and waiting on the call from my shock guy telling me to pick up my Sway Away coilovers. Did rack bushings, lower ball joints and one tie rod of last night as well. Should be good and tight now.

Just replaced brake fluid. Old stuff wasn't bad, but want to get all the fluids changed so I have a baseline for future maintenance. Have coolant and the gear boxes left to do.

Replaced the core support and tried to get everything to align properly. Will be doing more on this.

Today I cleaned up the bumper a bit by grinding down that spots that hit the ground. After I washed them, I put on some primer and painted it flat black. It matches for the most part, and looks much better than the picture shows. I also wired in my old front speakers and added the forum sticker to the rear side window.

Changed out some corroded wires and added a few in the process. Also tried to remote mount my rear diff breather, but it was already stuck. So I gave up for today and tried to install my trans oil cooler, but I found out the hoses that came with my kit are too short and too small. Back to the parts store tomorrow...

This weekend, continued getting ready for the Shrockworks armor package install!!! (front and rear bumpers, sliders, and skid plates).
Blew out grit remaining inside the frame (w-compressed air, had previously cleaned the inside of the frame). Applied the Eastwood internal frame coating. 2 cans was just enough. I decided to apply a second coat and ordered some more.
I weighed all the parts I removed that will not be reinstalled (will be replaced with Shrockworks armor). This includes the rear hitch, chrome bumpers, running boards, brackets, plastic trim pieces.
Grand total: 193 lbs
Measured heights
1) Unloaded

Front Fender 34 1/8 <> 34 5/8
Rear Frame 21 <> 21
Front Frame 18 5/8 <> 18 3/4
2) W-full gas tank and bumpers, underbody panels, running boards, hitch & spare tire set back in or on the 4runner:

Thanks!! They are Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/70/17 (very minimal trimming to front liner). Savage Off Road front bumper powdercoated black.
