I'm stumped on how you got your truck through there.

My definition of wheeling has really branched out, but at the root of things it all comes down to having a good spotter.

Replaced my negative terminal and ground lead. The old one was cracked and rough looking. No major issues with the old terminal so this was more of a peace-of-mind thing - I have noticed that starting is just a bit more peppy but I think that’s just me expecting a change.

Installed this Manik grille guard I picked up last week, sans the light masking horizontal bars.





Some KC HIDs I had left over from a failed project will be gracing it soon. I also replaced the Monroe Reflex Quickstruts some -expletive deleted- had put in, which had definitely not helped the handling. Moog springs, Bilstein 4600s, Toyota strut mount and rubber cushions.





Much happier with ride and handling in the front now. I will be replacing the antiroll bar bushings later today.

Sadly i have to do this as well I dont understand why go with the cheap ones and just not replace the shocks....ugh

New Battery. Went with a Canadian tire MotoMaster Eliminator Ultra AGM in 34R. It was handy and the price is OK.

I was looking at the Low Range Offroad Deka 34R. I called East Penn Canada looking for a Canadian source for the Deka and they informed me that the Canadian tire 34R IS the Deka 34R relabelled.

So I gave it a shot. Hope for the best. My last Motomaster Spiral AGM lasted 10 full years.

This could not have come at a better time... I need to replace my grill.. I cracked the mounts this past weekend.... where did u get this? It looks great!!

Thank you, I made it. Total material cost was like 150ish maybe a bit more. I used customcargrills.com for the pre bent metal mesh and the rest of the stuff I found on amazon/Camelback Toyota parts. The plastic repair glue they use is like 30$ so I Used the jb weld plastic glue instead.

I wasn't planning on it, but have been making/saving templates for everything, so I guess it is a possibility.

I don't have a vinyl cutter/software, so I would have to talk to a local vinyl shop about scanning the templates and cutting them for me, or find someone to work with on the forum(s).

Everything on my rig so far has been drawn and cut by hand.

I do have a vinyl cutter, is it possible to share the dimensions/drawings you have?

230k maintenance

Not today, but over the last week I replaced:
air filter
Radiator hoses
PS, AC, and Alternator belts
Water pump
Thermostat
Camshaft Seals
Crank Seal
Timing Belt w/ idler pulleys and tensioner
Changed oil and flushed coolant

Next week I plan to flush the Tranny, change fluids in xfer case and differentials, and change spark plugs and wires.

So, what's the deal on these, will replacing help on gas mileage?
