Well I repainted my hood in flat khaki and the scoop in flat od green (took the little grill out and painted it flat black) and proceded to break every clip holding the sound deadning on sigh, and 3 of the 4 studs unscrewed out of the scoop. Turns out, the khaki color looks awful and came out like crap too (spray cans go figure). So once again I'll pull the hood, sand down and this time use an actual spray gun. I was just trying to save some $. Sigh. Oh and it will be sprayed in flat od green this time. But that will be another time as I'm on a tight schedule for this staycation.

are you experimenting to see what color to paint the entire car. I think it looks odd being so different
So i'm moving the bumper from my 1999 to my 2000 and it's interesting how some of the holes don't line up the same between them. On one side the 3 holes line up fine but the other side 2 holes don't line up between the bumper and bumper crossmember. There was some rear body damage on that side on the 1999 so maybe that had some effect somehow in the front. Nothing a quick die grinder can't fix though.

Found the source of all my handling issues. Years of not running rear limit straps an offroading destroyed my Billstein 5100s.
Swapped in a set of Foxs and it rides like a dream again. Measuring for straps next weekend.
Did you get strapped up yet? If so, please post specs and pics

Had a loose bolt that was causing an annoying rattle from my gas tank skid. Fixed that.
Also, had a spare transmission fluid cooler kicking around. So, I installed that as a power steering cooler.

Sure. This is the best I could come up with without having to get off my couch.
Basically, the cooler (green) is just plumbed in between the hard line coming from the steering rack (red) and the return line on the PS pump reservoir (blue)
If you need any actual pictures of the install. I'd be happy to get those for you if you need it.

Never mind, I misunderstood your sketch. You spliced the PS cooler into the return (low pressure line), and didn't touch the high pressure line. All good
