What did you do with your 4runner today?

Battery shit the bed, First it happened the night of the snow storm last weekend. I thought i left my lights on when i used my remote starter. Now today when i went to go get it out of the garage click,click,click:redbrick: Off to sears we go..

Idea on what you are going with?

Had my CEL come on as well as the ATRC, VSC, ABS, yadda yadda all come on. I was driving so I responded by saying "goddamnit" out loud. Wife didn't care for that as my little daughters were in the back. Anyway, we got home, I turned the ignition off and then on. All lights are off.

This was yesterday so I hope it doesn't happen again and if it does, hope it's something simple. Whatever it is, it will be repaired. I don't plan on getting rid of her.

Probably either the die hard platinum or the die hard platinum marine ? I'm going to give my buddy a shout who's more knowledgeable about these matter. I still plan to do dual set up in the future when I get a fridge. Probably a deep cycle that I can strictly run the fridge off of and everything thing else off the main.

picked it up from a local long travel tacoma owner that is moving the battery to the cab with 2 group 34 so i ended up getting one thats only 6 months old for $200.

installed my new pair of auxbeam 4d spot lights. far better then the lights i had on there as first.

Today I did the front wheel bearings on my 2006 2wd 4Runner. I spent the extra money and bought the pre-assembled units from bluepitbearings. Super easy bolt out, bolt in affair.

picked it up from a local long travel tacoma owner that is moving the battery to the cab with 2 group 34 so i ended up getting one thats only 6 months old for $200.

Nice good find! I ended up going to Sears today and found out that they no longer carry the die hard platinum batteries. I ended up getting the die hard advanced gold agm battery group size 94. Supposedly these advanced gold batteries are taking the place of the platinums and are equivalent to them. Picked it up for $200 so can't complain.
