Over the weekend:
Wash, dry, clay, Porter Cable 7424XP plus Wolfgang Total Swirl Remover 3.0, Klasse AIO. Didn't have time for the P21S.
Huge improvement over what it was. I would guess about a 80-90% correction on the swirl marks. Some fine scratches removed.
What pads are you using with the Porter Cable? I have the same unit but no pads.

Love the grille, I've been going back and forth if I want to color match mine, get the sport smoked, or keep the chrome, can't decide which direction I want to go

Driving me to the Toyota dealership to see what I can get for a lease on a regular cab 5-speed Tacoma as a second vehicle while my 4Runner gets fixed up, and I'm also looking forward to the fuel savings!

I dont necessarily think its the light. The pad they used instead of what looks like a hardened silicone bead on the original toyota light they used a really thick pad on the replacement. The light itself works great, except i had to finagle the harness to sit just right so it caught all the metal prong's to properly light up everything. The replacement wiggles if you're being rough with it, the OEM one doesnt move a bit. That is also the thick padding i do believe.
Its going to rain here this week. That will be the true test.

Thanks man! I ordered the vinyl online from a site called metrorestyling.com. I hit a couple snags during the process since I've never wrapped anything before but it turned out great in the end. It looks much much better in person too.
Got it from Conicelli Toyota aka Partznet.com. It was $178 shipped, I think Shadow Mica is color code 1F4.
I used a Lake Country orange flat pad for the swirl remover. I hand waxed the Klasse due to lack of time.

drove it to work! Sorry but this is exciting for me as i drive a work truck daily except a few days a month.
Now I know I'm not the only one who enjoys driving mine to work!

its the little things! That was my view out of my office all day. I just kept staring at it all day. Its sad that i got excited towards quitting time just so i could drive it. It needs spacers bad though!
