What mileage were u at with that MOD?

In regards to your thread, what does it matter when? To me, you're just seeing who has the biggest pocket. Or who has the balls to start ripping their truck apart.

I can see it as curiosity, but is there anything else to gain? There are plenty of us who are lucky enough to have the skills to mod ourselves. There are others that have the money to afford the mods. There are those that have the money to pay to have it done professionally. But at what mileage?! Who really cares?

I enjoy watching others mod their trucks. They make it their own. I enjoy helping others with their problems or concerns. I enjoy being a part of the decision process to do those things (I have a shop).

If you are particularly curious as to what I have personally done to my truck, I now have 12678 miles.

Lift, wheels, tires, audio, GOBI, LEDs, 40"sr, 2x6" SRs, led halos, projector conversion, di noc interior, PA/siren system, satoshi grill, fj40 emblem, di noc chrome, tint, wired HDH switches, custom dash switches, led rock lights, led hood light, painless wiring and wired wagon relays and fuse center, strobes, led interior and puddle lamps....OMG. My name is Bobby, and I have a problem.

This thread got away from me… I was just curious how quickly a lot of these builds came together… I guess cause I’m new here so I didn’t get to see the trucks slowly come along, I saw them already so far along… and because it took me a couple months to find my 4runner I found this site and read it night and day checking out all the cool mods people have done… so by time I got it on the first day I wanted go down the list of Mod and do them all.

I realized I left out all the folks that found their 4runner previously owned.... Which I guess instead of thinking miles maybe just how long did u have it before u started doing MODs?

This is all coming full circle to my lack of balls needed to cut the grill to do the Satoshi grill... Or how I'm too scared to do the URD MFA sensor mod... Cutting into the ECU scares me... I would probably cut the wrong wire and have to have my truck towed to the dealership and have the tech laugh at me.
