Bullshit. Anyone switched on enough to have that kind of gear and be in that good of shape in post-apocalyptic-anything, is going to have at the very least a sidearm easily accessible, and most likely a modern sporting rifle slung.
And a lever gun, with the other guy holding a pump shotgun? Where was this filmed, cali?

Bahahaha, yep. Based out of San Fran/Oakland.
I love my Springfield XDm 9mm, it is incredibly accurate and I enjoy shooting it, but for an everyday conceal carry always go with the 9mm M&P shield.
Also have a SOG Seal PUP elite I keep in the center console.
On that note, my Tundra had all kinds of storage and great hiding spots for the knife and my firearms. Where do you guys keep your handguns in the 4 Runners? any good spots that are easy to access in an emergency?

I keep my xds snug between driver seat and center console but only take tuckable holster out when it's a long drive otherwise stays on hip we unfortunately don't have all the awesome cubby holes tundra does.

I carry a 9mm Shield, and a ZT 0350 most days. I use a kydex holster made by a member of a local gun forum I'm a member of.
Great combo for my needs.

My daily is a Smith & Wesson 9mm Shield. Highly recommend it. Never had an issue. I also have an Aliengear IWB holster which is the greatest thing I've ever bought. Highly recommend their products.

Seems like everyone carries a shield haha. I bought the wife one that she carries daily with her CCW. Ive carried it a couple times but I like my glock 43 better for a single stack. However, for larger guns I love Springfield. Just didn't like it as much as the g43.

You buy the Aliengear 2.0 or 3.0? I used the 2.0 for my Glock 26 and after 1.5 years of use the backing material collapses and is no longer stable for reholstering.

My EDC is my faithful little j frame S&W 442 with a speed strip. Winter time I carry my 4" colt python. While deer hunting I carry my S&W model 29 which I also hunt with sometimes. Pink one is my wife's EDC and is a 642.
Love the reliability of a good revolver!

Good to hear! After my 2.0 experience, I was hesitant to try the 3.0, so I just bit the bullet and spent some $$ on a Stealthgear Ventcore. Been pretty happy so far, I'll have to give the new AG holsters another chance though.

I carry Glock 19 because I can put 9mm rounds on target faster than .40 or .45 due to low recoil.
15+1 rnds plus 17 rnd spare mag = 33 rnds. Nobody ever said "I wish I didn't have so many rounds" after a firefight.
I also have a Glock 26 and they can use the same spare mags. How convenient.
