I bought my 4runner about a year ago but it's been a 3rd vehicle and hasn't needed much. I just bought tires to have installed on some OEM wheels (currently has 20" wheels) and completely forgot to consider that the existing wheels might have proprietary wheel locks. Here's a picture of them :
The shop wants $120 to break the current lugs off, and $83 for a set of 24 new lugs. Seems like a huge rip off. I can buy generic lugs for $25 on ebay and I'm pretty sure that one of these keys will fit the above wheel. Any thoughts or input?
