I would contact Bilstein for some replacements. Torque them to their specs....when you get new ones.

I'm currently in debate of whether or not I should get some UCA (current GB on the BR uniball) or not to go with my Bilstein setup for overall ride quality and to get my alignment in spec. But I guess I may not need them. Here's my alignment spec for those that may be curious. My setup is 2.5" lift on the 4th setting.
Btw, anyone of you have upgraded your bumpstops, front and/or rears? I've heard you may need them with the Bilsteins.

maxing out the caster but still in spec and overall pretty even on both sides.

It's not that I don't like my 6112, it's something I need to get used to, especially on road. I have yet to test them off road. Compared to the Xreas, I like the characteristic of the Xreas for everyday on road. There's less nose dive and better side to side/cornering performance compared to the blisteins. The blstein is obviously more comfortable and there's trade off. I wanted the lift to be more capable off-road and I'm sure I will be happy once I take it offroad. It's just a matter of time to get used to how the rig drives on the road. Also need to watch my driving around town, felt too loose for me. But hey, it's a truck. =) I guess I was under the impression that it preform better from the 5100s reviews and the 6112 was a step up. I guess that was mostly the SR5 guys. Most of them claimed that nose dive is eliminated and it was firmer and the Xreas guy didn't miss the Xreas at all. The truck is no sport car by any means, but I have taken turns on winding roads at moderate speed and surprise that it handles better then I expected. I may not feel confident doing the same with the blisteins. Offroad will definitely be a different stories.

Add you a set of Spidertrax 1.25 wheel spacers front and rear and you will get the handling back (and maybe then some, subjective) that you are missing in the corners. Widening the track will take care of that (side to side). Might need some trimming with your tires. It effectively raises your roll center for anyone who knows what that means.

^ that did cross my mind to get spacers, either that or run 305/60 tires. My previous set up was ~1" wider overall w/ -12 offset.

I understand that most clunking sound coming from some of the TRDPro Suspensions was/is during cold weather.
I'm in South Louisiana and it was warm when installed.....but, having said that, I have not heard any noise from them at all and really don't expect to.
I too am wondering what's going on with the "other" suspension and hope the Bilstein techs figure it out as this will only give us info in the event there are ever any issues.....

I see pictures when at the 3rd and 4th notch in this thread. Looks like the 4th notch is providing consistent 2.5" of lift.
Has anyone used the 5th notch? I am curious what amount of lift it actually provides. I am wanting to use these with some Toytec Superflex 2" rear springs and its sounding like the 5th (tallest) notch is the best location but I'd like to hear some feedback from someone who's done it.

This is merely speculation at this point in time, but...
Bilstein is still currently tracking down the PRO clunk issue, dismantling the front shocks from the front of the PRO suspension, but when lifts become available, the issue with lift variations of the 6112 are to be addressed. One of the solutions, and probably the best one to my way of thinking, is going back to the BTS system and providing a threaded shock body.
Stay tuned ..

6112s on second groove, 5160s in rear with stock springs. I love the look and feel. I intentionally left some rake due to lugging around heavy camping gear, and i like the way it looks).
