Where can I get a clutch/brake pedal assembly?

I don't see them on car-part and they're too expensive oem. I've tried the classifieds. Is there anywhere else I haven't tried?

I would guess that it is the same part as on a Tacoma. Cross reference the part numbers. You are going to find a lot more Tacoma ones than 4runner
