Was wondering where I can get the aftermarket version of this part?
Toyota 86190-48070 SP-ORD ADAPTER A dealership wants $232cdn with taxes, i know there are aftermarket parts just need to know where to get them.
2015 4runner trail edition.

Yes, For powering and charging devices. I have them, work just as intented but they do stick out a little so can't close the cap when not in use.

Do you have a powered plug behind the dash for this plug or is yours broken?

Mine just cannot read my usb stick. I basically use the port to listen to music. So fast charging does not really do anything for me.

Yes I am sure. Same error message on 2 usb sticks 1 new 1 used.

What's the error message? Does the usb port work with your phone?

Could the USB version be the issue? I know some of the older USB 1.0 and 2.0 versions are not compatible with some newer applications - either because of the smaller storage size or speed issues.

These older radios are very picky about usb drives, size, brand and format.

Yeah, even newer OEM radios don't play well with faster more modern usb drives.

I just want some USB charge ports in my 5th gen. There is 1 in the glove box, that's it and it's useless in there. I have a USB fast charger for the cigarette lighter plug but find I need more than than the 2 on trips. I found a USB plug on Amazon.com that mounts next to the cigarette lighter and replaces the AUX plug.

I've installed these in a few non-Toy vehicles, and they work great. The goofy colors are slightly distracting, so I always mount them out of the driver's view.
