Ummm you're the one who brought him into the conversation. If you actually researched a little deeper than you obviously are as you just take quick sharp jabs. (When someone corrects you, you go onto the next sharp jab.)
bush was full of progressive ideas. He's not conservative.

Upon a little googlery I've seen atrocious people like Glen Beck call him a compassionate conservative, aka progressive or other articles leading to that opinion so maybe you're right. It's still an opinion though.

I hope that was sharp jab free enough for you.

The real issue was not the banks that would have perished, well earned end BTW. It was the insurance industry that was conned into insuring the "investments" that were 100% insured. The bailout was to save the insurance industry and every person/business that was already insured worldwide. If it would have ended at the bankers doors, then we would probably have let nature take it's course.

The auto bailout was to band-aid the bleeding which it did, but I also agree they should have let the "free market" decide....
 
I am all in with the "free market" idea. Get rid of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac. Let the banks take on much more risk for loan leading for housing as they used to. I'd say anymore NINJA loans from here on out would be non existent.

You might want to ask Bernie to read his own plan, then, since he himself has said that taxes on the middle class will increase by about $5000 if I remember that number correctly. His justification is that benefits to the middle class will allegedly increase by a greater amount. He has not yet revealed where he intends to find the unicorns and magical elves to make that happen, though.

His full plan outlays current vs proposed tax brackets, and you have to reach 411,000$ house hold yearly income before your tax rate increases.

Personally, I strongly support Ted Cruz for a variety of reasons, but it seems as if the social-media aspects of this have supplanted what used to be the criteria for choosing a candidate. Oh, well...

That said, don't dislike Trump, I'm just concerned that he doesn't really mean what he's saying and that this is just another game to him. So ar, I haven't seen enough (some, but not enough) to sway me from that concern.

But I will say this... With Carson and Fiorina out, Cruz and Trump are the only two I ever even considered, so from my chair we can win big with Cruz or win with Trump. Either way we win.

Of course, we will have to see how this translates to the general election, and in that regard, Trumps populism is definitely pulling voters from all over.

In my opinion, the best thing that can happen is for Cruz and Trump to stop beating the snot out of each other and join forces. Game over...
