the problem is most 18" wheels if not all of them that will fit the 4runner are 18x9" and a stock tire size of 265 wide will not fit, the rim is too wide. I think you need at least a 275 wide tire, a 275/65/18 would only be .4 inches taller, you could run that without any lift with a 0mm offset wheel.

No - what roktoy said is that MOST, not ALL 18".

It even tells you how much of a difference in your speedometer it will make.
Also use this chart to get the back spacing correct:
the 20" stock wheel 7" wide with 4.5 backspacing and offset of +12.
So you want to be close to those numbers. Your search wont be easy unless you go with a wheel that someone else already has on this forum.
For Example:
Mine are 18x8 with 35MM off set, so that leaves me at close to 5 backspacing, which is .5 difference from stock. Basically, they fit.
That really should give you all the ammo you need to find the right wheel.

Not gonna lie - that sounds pretty crazy to me that your wheels even fit with those specs without rubbing (I'm assuming you don't rub). 8" width and 35mm offset comes to BS of 5.88". Most of the talk I have seen on here is that you should try to stick to around 4.5" BS (as you even mentioned yourself).
Are you running wheel spacers with those?
Ok, I think I found some wheels that will fit IF I can find a dealer in the U.S. Thoughts?

Those wheels might fit, but with a 20mm offset, it will bring the wheels closer to your suspension by about .3" and if you go with a 265 tire, that brings it .7" closer. with a 275 tire, that's almost 1" inwards. Most of us try to go with a wider stance, because the tire being tucked inwards in the fender doesn't look as good. I would really try to find a wheel with 0mm.
If you really want a 8" wide wheel, there are many more choices in a 17" rim.
Remember if you are getting a bigger wider tire than the limited wheels/tires, you need to bring the wheel offset further out to clear the suspension. -12mm is further out, the more positive offset is closer in (+12mm)
Use this online calculator, it will help you to decide. You don't really want to get closer to the suspension, keep it about the same or further out.

Sorry, I meant 15mm.. These wheels actually come in 15 or 35, I mean to put 15 in my post. Comes in just under 5.25. Good eye
