Wiper Delay (front wipers) Not Functioning

I did a search and didn't see anything, so I wanted to post and see if anyone else has had the same issue.

And I REALLY hope I'm not missing something simple!

On my front wipers, I can go from the off position and press the stalk down one notch to the intermittent setting. No matter how I turn the dial, the intermittent wipers are functioning just like if I had the wipers on the low setting.

When I press the stalk down another notch, everything stays the same. There's no speed change. So Intermittent -> Low = no changes.

When I press the stalk down another notch, the wipers speed up to the high setting.

I think the intermittent feature of my wipers has somehow been fried... anyone else have this problem? Fixes? Ideas? Bueller?

I don't know, but is there a fuse that runs the wipers? If not, the new module may be the only way to go. That is a sucky problem to have, I cant stand having the wipers running when they don't need to be.

It looks like it's a problem that's going to come and go... at least until the module completely fails.

Yesterday, my wife was driving the Runner and said the intermittent wipers were working perfectly. I drove it later, and they were fine. I'm hoping it stays this way.

Once the problem is permanent, I'll replace the module and be done.

For now (are you ready), I'll just deal (here we go) with the intermittent intermittent wipers. :D
