Wireless Remote Bypass

I have some Hyper LED Underglow on my T4R and the wireless remote that came with the kit sucked. It was never responsive and half the time would have a mind of is own. My question is is it possible to completely bypass the wireless receiver and route the functions (On, Off, plus the cycling of modes for the lights) of it to a physical toggle? cause i have no clue where to start.

Contact the led mfg who made the kit and ask for a replacement, or upgrade to something better, or just take it all out.
