Mine is a replacement Toyoata windshield, but didn't come with the repellent. The installer didn't know much about it, but said BMW's also repel water.Uneek said:It lasts about a month or so. I found that Rain-X attracts dirt and that's when it sucks because the wipers aren't effective at clearing all the water off the glass. But when freshly applied, Rain-X is great especially in the pouring rain.
4Runner1371 said:Get PIAA "Silicon" Wiper. Everywipe, it supposed to coat the windshield with the repellant stuff. A bit of smudge trails that evaporates in seconds gets a bit annoying, but I got used to it. I think it rocks. Plus, it's quiet!!
