I saw this deal at Costco couple days ago, but its not shown on their online store? Is it worth buying tires from Costco? (I’m a new member)

Looks like a deal, the only consideration would be the tire load rating.
Online it seems the offer is for KO2s in the E rating.
That rating provides a much stiffer ride if you aren’t loading them significantly.

To repeat what many others said, tires.
These are great. Still researching sliders, but these look like a great steps for short people too. I'm 5'7 and my lady is 4'11, only thing she ask for is steps for her shoes and heels. -_-

Received my shipment from Jason 2 days ago. Man... this booster is worth every penny. Now I know why so many recommends it.
Previous owner I bought this SR5 from has HT tires from 5 months ago. Does ok on easy trails, but I'm definitely upgrading soon.

Not sure if this is a good deal or not, but it was posted at my local dealer when I went for my free oil change.
I have a Limited and I’m considering ways to make it look a little less fancy and a little more aggressive & capable (though I do very little off-roading in flat ass Florida)

If my 4runner was completely stock, I think I'd spring for a lift/UCAs first and worry about tires/rims 2nd. With the lift, I'd be able to test fit rims and setups to see which one I really want.
If someone gave me $1000 to put towards my 4runner in its current state, I'd say roof rack.
Funny. I actually won $1000 from a facebook waffle group two weeks ago. I didn't do anything with the money. Not even sure what I want to spend it on. I say roofrack but the reality is that I don't think I'd ever use my roof rack lol so, it'd be entirely for show.

You are assuming OP even wants a lift. For example: Mild-lift you don't need a UCA. You could literally pony up another $100 get tires and a set of Bilstiens+F&R springs installed.
Someone else mentioned highway tires, that's the thing, even getting a better on-highway tire would serve better, just an opinion though, you'd definitely have a some dough left over.
Slam your brakes with those stockers on...
