Passenger side OPOR MetalTech4x4 sliders installed today...still no clue how to do the drivers side with those pesky KDSS lines...PM if you can help out...pics on the 1st page.

Pretty simple. Just unbolt the bolts holding the lines to the frame rail. This will allow you to pull the lines away from the frame slightly. Place a towel over your floor Jack and raise the slider into place with it. Slowly slide the slider mounting plates behind the KDSS lines and put the bolts in.

So am I using the same hole/bolt that the kdss lines were being held by?

No. Unbolting the lines will just give you a small amount of wiggle room to pull the lines away from the frame. This allows the slider mounts to slide behind the lines. Once the slider mounts are behind the lines, line the slider mounting bracket holes up with the pre-existing threaded holes in your frame just like you did on the passenger side. Bolt the sliders on with the hardware from Metal Tech and re-install the KDSS line bolts you removed.
Not sure if the OPOR sliders have it, but my MT sliders had a separate gusset that had to be bolted on for the rear driver's side slider mount. You can install that at the end.

The lid on mine doesn't rattle or clatter but I've noticed that the hinge side is getting loose and squeaking like crazy.
