Are the factory mud guards the same across all trims?

I can confirm these are the part numbers for the 2014 front flare extensions. I have them in hand along with the front mud flaps for the 2014. My rocker covers just came in so I will pick them up today and install them this weekend.
Upon first glance they look to fit the contour of the LE front flare perfectly however a part of the flare appears to prevent part of the extension from seating all the way. It looks like I just need to trim a little bit of plastic (underneath the trim) to get it to seat. I'll try to shoot some pictures as I install them and let you know what I find out.
The 2014 SR5/trail front mud flap part numbers are:

No, here are the 2010-13 SR5 and LE Mudflaps (And 2014 LE):

I think the 2014 SR5 and Trail mudflaps are much better (Fit, coverage, looks) then the older ones. From what I can tell the rears should directly bolt up to any 5th gen (except 2010-13 trail), however the fronts probley wont fit unless you remove big ugly rocker trim the 2010-13 SR5 and LEs have, and go with the 2014 rocker trim and flair cap.

What I have found from pricing is:
-Each Mudflap is $35
-The rocker cover is about $200
-The Front Fender Flair end cap is $26
-The End Fender Flair end cap is probley about the same is the front

I was studying the pictures in another post, it seems like there's only a front cap, and no rear cap. Someone said that the actual rocker is just 10'-13' TE rocker, and the front cap makes it fit the thicker SR5/LE moldings and mud flap better.
However, on the rear it seems like they used a thinner TE style wheel well molding so it will match the TE rocker trim better, if that makes sense.

I just got back from the dealer and they said that the front caps won't fit a 2011 limited, only 2013+.. He also said that they aren't available in the area and they would need to be special ordered.. I think I'm going to do a little more research and wait for someone to throw them on their truck..
I don't know if I want the whole rocker panel yet.. Looking into some budbuilt sliders so that way I won't need to get the panels...

Install was straightforward, I just had to trim a small piece of the plastic as shown below. Luckily the modification is not visible from outside. The 2014 front flare extension fits the contour of the 10-13 LE flare perfectly on the outside but there obviously some very slight differences to the underside of the 2014 front flares. The 2014 flare extension came with the snap clips, and the rocker covers came with all the snap clips. I reused a handful of the screw from my old LE rocker trim. The only thing that was missing was four plastic rivets for the mud flaps. I had a few laying around in my garage that I used. The end result looks great and I'm happy. It was dark when I finished, I'll try to take some pictures of the truck tomorrow.

Another difference, the 2014 flare extension has two yellow fasteners, the 10-13 LE flare only has a mounting hole for one of them (i.e. the rearmost yellow fastener doesn't have anywhere to snap into). So the extension is held on by one clip and one screw. I installed the mud flap which provides additional support, so I'm not concerned about the lack of the second clip:

Now, the LE Rear door flare doesn't line up with the rocker trim. It's fine for the time being. I have a hunch that the 2014 door section of the rear flare will line up with the 10-13 LE rear quarter section. I traced the profile of the 2014 rear flare on a piece of paper, it appears to line up. The part is around $50 each side but it comes unpainted. Eventually I may give it a shot, we'll see:

Can you take a shot showing the rocker as a whole along with the flare trim, and one showing the rear tire/door/rocker. Trying to get an idea how it flows. You da man for being the guinea pig.

Nice work and thanks for the pictures [MENTION=45752]byrden[/MENTION]! Like you mentioned, the only part that looks like it would finish it (flush), are the rear door flares.
From what I can tell by your pictures, if you went the Toyota '14 SR5/TE trim parts route or the Shrockworks TE trim route, having the slimmer rear door flares would probably end up looking similar. Not sure which route is $ cheaper in the end, and if the end goal is to put on sliders anyway, you probably wouldn't notice much difference.

2 huge improvements over shock works trim... A your not drilling holes in you rockers and it appears you have to with shock works, and B the rear of the shock works trim looks like they say decided to say good enough and quit before they were done.
