3" Lift - 285/70/17

I don't know who's more excited me or my son.
We put the lift on his 4runner Friday evening, front end alignment Saturday morning.

Thanks, as far as the rating I will have to go look. I'm not sure, I bought these used. Got a heck of a deal on them off Craigslist, had less than 1000 miles on them.

That is really cool! I have done vehicles with my boys, and it is good for our relationships, and good for their self confidence.

One of my boys is a millwright (industrial mechanic) running the night mechanics shift at a mining mill and making more than a lot of doctors, two are in mining school, and a third is a self employed surveyor and was the youngest licensed surveyor in our state at one time.

All my boys have been told learn two trades, then decide what you want to be when you grow up...my girls also have been told the same thing, and my oldest daughter is going to attend mining college for a degree in management next year...her second degree.

Self reliance is what we all need to be teaching our kids, and working with them, and living it, is the best way to start!

Oh, and really sweat ride!

Also wondering this as well. Planning on putting 285/70/17 on my truck. My tires and rims look really small with the SS 1.2 kit.

I personally like the FJ Cruiser rims more than the split spoke Tundra/Sequoia rims.

i put the lift on about 3 weeks ago. i have the tundra wheels. i plan on buying tires in the next couple of weeks. just cannot decide on 285/70 or 265/70

i went with the toytec ultimate in front and ome 890 with fox 2.0 in the rear
