Just saw that one of the vehicles Lance Armstrong hit in Aspen where he got his girlfriend to lie for him was a 5th gen.

Did it have 285's and were they rubbing? Also, was a noise emanating from the rear even when it was turned off? Did it make a "clunk" noise when it was hit? Did that guy have a build thread on here?

If none of these conditions are true, then don't post here...

Yes, suspect there was a loud noise at time of impact. See below.

Very likely. The real question is whether he had the centre diff locked or not based on the snowy conditions.

Quick question for you guys.

Im about to buy a TEP w/ KDSS and dont want the OEM tires. Has anyone every requested the dealer to put on different tires? Ive looked into the OEM's and I hear they are crap, and only have a 3 star on TireRack too lol.

Im interested in the Goodyear Wrangler All Terrain Adventure or Michelin LTX.
