i picked up that inline T yesterday, pretty much the exact one you have, so now just waiting on the gauge... got the B&M 70264 cooler too, all for only $65 brand new open box special

Awesome man. See you next weekend, hopefully. :lookout:

Just ordered my AEM Digital Boost Gauge part #30-4406!

The sooner it gets here the sooner I will be able to get my TRD gauge out to ChildrenOfBodom so that he can start on that SC build next weekend, at the latest.:naughty: :driving:

Can't wait! Hopefully one day, I'll do the Lotek and fancy gauges like you've done. The TRD Gauge that got passed along... heh

So yesterday I got my AEM Digital Boost Gauge in the mail and went ahead and installed it so I can get my TRD gauge out to COB today.

While I was at it I moved my Uego to the bottom spot in the pillar pod so that I can watch it AND my tach at the same time, instead of looking back and forth.

So while I was in Missouri the past couple months, jmt2404, picked up some Tundra brakes for me (S13WE's), with the calipers, pads, and rotors for $80. They were in great shape, but rusted to heck and super dirty, so I cleaned them up a bit and threw them on with the guidance of jmt2404 yesterday.

I will go take a picture of them installed right now and post it up...

This thread needs updates!!

Do you even have anything else planned?

For some reason I had not seen this until. I made a few changes this past week; here they are.

First off, while out in Richland, WA for Thanksgiving, I found some Split Spoke 17's for $150! Needless to say, I picked them up, brought them back home, and flipped them for a very respectable profit. The next day a set of them painted black popped up on CL for a mere $200, so I sprung on those. That night, a set of Nitto Terragrapplers with "40% tread" showed up on CL for $40 so I picked those up, and headed to the tire shop.

While at the shop, the tire fella informed me that the bead on one of the tires was toast, and he would not mount them. He had a complete set of Goodyear Wrangler AT-S's in a 265/70/17 that he would give me for $300 out the door. I wasn't too stoked, but my wife didn't seem to care, so I had them throw them on.

With the new wheels and tires I felt that my exterior mods were complete. Today I went to the NW Toys for Tots Toy Run with some buddies and my wife informed me that my exterior mods are not done. My 4Runner looks like a baby next to all my buddies. Apparently I need a lift! :dammit:

My plan for the lift is to search CL day in and day out for the TRD Tundra front suspension, and pick up my buddies OME whatevernumbertheyare's for the back. After that, I will sell my Goodyears, and pick up some bigger treads.

Mechanically I am fairly happy with my vehicle. The only thing I WANT is to some day do the 7th Injector setup. At the toy run today I met a feller who has a SC'd 98, with no fuel mods. Perhaps I could sell him my Supra injectors/ URD MAF/FTC. Some TRD Headers would not hurt.

Here are some current pictures. The 4Runner will be paid off on New Years day (paid on it for a year to get on my credit) so then I will have an extra $250 a month for mods. :hungry:

Ooh very nice.

Looking mighty clean! :thumb3:

Thanks, with the new wheels I have fallen in love all over again. All of the other blacked out modifications really stand out now.

So future mods, if you don't want to read the bible I posted last post, are as follows:

7th Injector Kit

Paint the front gray accents black (already did the thing on top of the back bumper yesterday)

Bi-Xenon Retrofit

TRD Tundra Front Coils/OME Lift

Whatever size tire COB is running, I forget.

TRD Headers (Some day... I should have got that set a few months ago that was $300...)

Looks terrific, love that new Tundra wheel smell!

1999 Highlander Editions in Imperial Jade are the coolest 4Runners ever. I think Tundra wheels should be mandatory for all of them :P

PS: Don't forget some spacers for the Tundra wheel offset/bigger tires, just mentioning since it wasn't on your list.

Nice tip on the spacers. I will have to put that on the list. :artist:

Oh hay there Alex. I'm probably going to pick up those new Toytec Superflex Coils for the rear when they come out, you can have my rear Old Man Emu 890's for cheap if you wanted, only have had them on for about 2 years, so they've settled a little.

Cody! Good seeing you today.

I will take those coils. I figured you were on this forum, just never seen you post before.

:hatsoff:

Sure was sharp to see you too brah! I'll let you know when I order those other ones and get them on and hook you up with my current ones.

:hatsoff:

Interior Update...

Here's a teaser picture. I still need to run the wires for the power adjustments to work. I plan on doing a bit of a write up on that, since I cannot find ANY info...

Power leather seats/panels from a 1999 Limited.

A little update:

This past week I confirmed that the rear stud that holds my SC to the intake manifold was indeed stripped.

A good friend of mine on a moments notice gave me an extra intake manifold he had laying around in his shop with new Toyota gaskets, and helped me swap the manifold in his shop that same night. Good friends are truly a blessing.

A few weeks ago I used my expert detective skills to establish that I had a fuel leak. The culprit was the return line from the fuel pressure regulator. I am not sure how it occurred, but the line was all cracked and split allowing fuel and FUEL PRESSURE to escape the system. While I had the Supercharger / Intake Manifold off, I went ahead and replaced the line.

My 4Runner has not run this well since I bought it. The surging in power I mentioned before is now gone. The complete loss of power randomly (mostly after extended time in boost, or on cold starts) is gone. I am so happy with the way my 4Runner is running right now.

ON TOP OF ALL THIS I did my taxes last night and I am getting a couple thousand more back than I expected. What does this mean to www.Toyota-4Runner.org? It means that you get to watch me install my 7th Injector Kit!

My friend who gave me the manifold also gave me the 6 stock injectors off of the fuel rail that was still on the manifold. I am sending them off to WitchHunter Performance to get them cleaned/flow tested. Once I remove my 7MGE Injectors I am going to get them cleaned/tested as well and sell them in a "Kit" with the URD MAF/FTC that I have installed. Let me know if you're interested in those.

After the 7th Injector Kit is installed, I plan on having the 4Runner dyno'd one last time, and being DONE with performance mods. (Unless of course a set of TRD Headers pops up on CL again for $350...)

Within the next 6 Months I hope to have the 7th Injector Kit, window visors, new speakers (have my eye on 2 sets of Focal's on CL), and anything else I may find I life...
