7th Injector is ordered.

If this doesn't cure my issues with the Supercharger, I will be selling it.

I have a feeling this will cure your issues. You'll love the 7th setup. It's flexible and it's very user friendly... great driveability too.

I am pretty sure it will. If not, I am mentally prepared to sell.

I have a bit of experience with the kit, just not on my own SC.

I got my bushings installed in the steering rack tonight with the help of a couple of great friends. Huge improvement in steering response.

I ALSO got my 7th Injector installed. So far it's awesome. The base URD tune is "good enough" for now. I was amazed at how simple it was to install... If I wasn't so horrible at soldering, I would rate this as an "easy" project.

I will update this with some more thoughts on the 7th injector tomorrow after doing a bit more driving, but like I said, so far so good.

Dang....er...I mean, that's great news!

Any plans of getting it back on a dyno? I would be curious to see the difference.

And how often do you board? Are your snowboard racks attached to the factory crossbars? I only put my bars up top when I need them. The Thule feet make it a breeze to yank them on and off.

I may dyno it again some day, but it would only be to see the numbers... Not sure how much that is, I think it's like $50 though.

I try to board every weekend... Sometimes it doesn't work out though. And yes, it is connected to the factory cross bars.

Well, that's an easy enough fix! Let's lift her!

Glad to hear the 7th is working as you hoped it would!

I too would be interested in seeing numbers, if you have any thoughts of another dyno run..

i would love to have your 4runner. IJM highlander ANNNDD a supercharger? i'd be in heaven. you have a great lookin ride man, out of all seriousness if you ever wanted to sell it or thought about selling it i'd be first in line.

Thank you, I appreciate it.

Now that the 7th Injector has it running how it should be, I doubt I will ever sell it. Saving myself too much money a month not having a car payment =p

haha i don't blame ya! i still wish i had my old 4runner but dad's business was doing terrible so i bit the bullet and sold it for him so he wouldn't have to worry about finance problems. i'm searching for another one right now though. i wish i could find a highlander but mannn are they rare.

So Saturday I started my install of my CB radio setup.

For parts I am using:

Cobra 75 WX ST
18' of Coax (No brand, got at a truck stop)
Black 4' Firestik Antenna
Big spring mount from Radio Shack
ODL "Drifter" antenna mount (Driver Side)

I didn't get too far with the install, but I got the hole cut where I want to be able to plug/un-plug the Cobra. Now I need to wire power to the remote box, run the wire to the back, and mount the antenna.

Here's a picture of where the CB will mount. The red/black wire down by the gas pedal is the wire I need to run from the remote box... I promise it won't show when I am done, haha. -

Also, today I took my 4Runner into the local Toyota Dealer to have my shaking issue diagnosed.

Got a call about 2 hours later from the Master Tech fella letting me know the he "guarantees" my rotors are the culprit. He said he knew it wouldn't make sense to me, since it doesn't ONLY do it while braking, although that's usually the case.

Anywho, bought some cheapo Autozone rotors since I am not convinced this is my problem and threw them on this evening.

I "burnished" or whatever'd them in this evening and will return tomorrow with the verdict of if he is right or not.
