So 4 dollar out of 10. Based on what gdp? Entitlements? Military spending. My health insurance sucks now. 2k per person deductible I don't qualify for any supplements because my wife's company offers crappy insurance. So it's the most affordable option.

There are families actually getting divorced but still living together and giving custody of the kids to the person with the lowest income so they can get better rates on great plans. I know 2 families that have done this. It's sad that this is how people are beginning to do this so they can get the best care available for their kids.

Let's not forget justice John Roberts rewrote a small part of the ACA to make it "constitutional". He said it was a tax but it can't be a tax because a tax had to originate in the House of Representatives. They wouldn't pass the bill so Obama made them work directly with the senate on the senate bill. (Lack of conservatives elected). So it couldn't be a tax. There for that would make it against the constitution. But he rewrote just enough of it to make it passable. (Justices writing laws instead of interpreting them) unconstitutionally as well. And then you fine the tax payer ever year they don't have insurance. (The tax). And exempt new illegal aliens from the tax. How's that fair. They get the other benefits.

Every 4th dollar out or the 10 is 25%, check your arithmetics...
don` blame ACA, blame corporate greed. Also i`d love to see any proof that illegals receiving Health care benefits.SS # required to get any meaningful service these days. Last time I checked you can`t get SS without been born here or naturalized. You can`t even get state ID nor driver's license, no ID no service.

All along the west coast you do not need to show ID to get a DL

In California they actually made the law to make it ok to get a DL while being illegal.

I said every 4th never said 40% . take 100 pennies mark every 4th, you should get 25 pennies in US or Canada. You mileage may vary, your logic is unknown to me. 1/4th is maybe easier for fractional system.So let`s stick with that.
