Truck may look level but no way frame is. I bet with the trunk full it would look silly. I am at 1.75 with cornfeds and am very happy. Looks killer and no nosedive
Sorry for the delay I haven't been on here. Here's one with the boat hooked up so the rear is sagging a little bit.... 1.75 upfront

New 4Runner owner here. Traded the Tacoma in yesterday, so I’m trying to learn my way around this 4R suspension.
Are you guys using the ride height adjustable 5100’s in the front with the stock coils?
And does anyone make a rear coil to achieve 1” lift? Does Old Man Emu make one that short?

Yes many people use the stock coils in the front when going with 5100s. Check the Dobinsons thread for the rears and do a lot more reading before you pull the trigger.

I too utilized the front coils for my setting at 1.75'' and for the rears I used a RC 1'' spacer.
HiTo each his own; you are more than welcome to try/do it.... But I'm telling you, somethings not right with that. Either he isn't on the highest setting, or something else is going on. TONS of us have all done this mod, and you WILL HAVE NEGATIVE rake with that setup. Heck, there is approx 1/4 inch negative rake at the 1.75 front setting and nothing in the rear (tho the fenders will look level).
The pics below are 1.75 front (which is NOT the highest setting) and stock rear... And it's level to the eye, but slight negative frame rake.
Again, do as you please, it's your rig, your time, your money. But with a completely stock 4Runner, 5100s at all four corners, and the fronts set to the highest, you will not be level.
Where do you take measures to make sure it is level ?

You can measure ground to middle fender... or you can measure ground to frame (just inside of each wheel well).
Frame measurements are “actual”..... Fenders are just “visual”

Bilstein 5100’s at 1.75” with Cornfed Suspension 1” rear spacer. Still has a little rake but rides great.

New 4Runner owner and new forum member, first time posting. This thread has been invaluable, I've pretty much read it front to back. I just ordered my 5100s, front and rear, and 1" Cornfed spacers. Plan to go 1.75" up front. For those that have asked about install cost, I called around to three different shops (I'm not much of a mechanic) and was quoted $530, $430, $470, all including alignment. Each was 4 hours of labor plus alignment, so just differing rates per hour and different alignment cost, I guess.
For the time being I plan to black Plasti Dip my stock wheels and leave the tires until they're worn out. It's a 2016 SR5 with about 23k miles, so I've got some time before I'll have to get new/bigger tires, and maybe wheels at that point too.
I'll post some before and after pics in a couple weeks. Glad to be here!

Just finished installing 5100's all around, and swapped Dobinson's 302's up front and 325's in the rear. Fronts are on first (stock) setting. Initially gained 3" in the front and 2.5" in the rear. A bit more than I initially wanted, but I'm sure it will settle a bit. Big thanks to Mike at Dobinson's for his help in picking the springs based on my current and future needs.
