Thanks. Yes I was referring to the caster. I'll be running 285/70R17s on stock Pro wheels with 1 1/4" spacers. I'll need the BMC mostly because of the spacers.

so your doing the bmc because of the spacers and not because of the tire size and lift 
got me scared because i'm doing a similar setup soon and was not planning on bmc :rofl:

Update:
Made a 800 mile road trip this past week.
Suspension did great on the highway. There really wasn't any negative things I could say about it other then being a little sharper on stuff like expansion joints and just road imperfections. Nothing too harsh at all though. Handling around on ramps and stuff has greatly improved.
MPG Changes:
Around town with a little light highway use has been unchanged and averaging around 19-19.5.
Hwy milage has dropped just a little though by about .5 mpg. This is strictly higher speed hwy use averaging 75-80 mph with cruise set. Mpgs down from higher 18s to lower 18s now.
Getting the 285s mounted up Tuesday so that all is about to change. Will update again.

Other then a couple of dirt roads, no. It does not soak up the washboard stuff like the stock Pro springs did. Trying to organize a trail run for memorial day right now. I want to flex the suspension fully to make sure I don't have any issues before heading to CO in July. I will report back when I do take it off roading though.

1/ What are you running in the back? The Pro version of 5160?
2/ Would you say the front vs the rear feel differently on washboard, as in better/worse? You have 2.5 lift up front and then also 20% stiffer rear springs that are still newish so I wonder if that is part of it.
3/ Aren't sway bar spacers necessary in the front? I mean, you have a Pro, so is that something that came standard from the factory? Or are sway bar spacers something only KDSS vehicles running 2.5 front shocks need to do?
I noticed Radflo 2.5 coilovers come with such spacers as do the Toytec ones (which maybe are just rebranded Radflos anyway).

Yes just the stock Pro Shocks.
I really couldn't say on if it's different front to rear. The front rate was increased about 15%. I'm not sure on the rate of the factory rear springs but they are supposed to be good for only another 100# of load, so 20% may be a good guess.
Yes all of the 2.5" CO kits come with swaybar spacers. Since the Pros already have 3" CO springs then I guess they are not needed. That's a good question. Can't say that I even look at the SB clearance though.
The Toytec 2.5" Boss shocks are Readflos for sure.

I emailed Toytec to see who makes their rear reservoir shocks in the same kit since they look like nothing I have seen but they have not yet responded. It would make sense that they be Radflo but there is nothing like them on the R website. The coilovers do look the same sans the color even on pictures.
If they offer Radflo front and rear I may have to look more closely into them as they are also cheaper than Radflo branded shocks. Not sure I can get over the red and the huge BOSS lettering though LOL Also not sure if they come with customer-specific valving like Radflo branded shocks can.

Yeah I'm not sure who makes their 2.0 shocks either. I doubt Toytec offers them in custom valving though. That you probably have to go to Radflo directly, maybe a local radflo dealer or someone like Accutune. SSO is local to me and they really push Radflo as well. I came close to getting that Boss kit as well.

Had the 285s installed this morning. Goodyear Duratracs LT285/70R17, D Load. Overall it drives great on the tires. They are much quieter then my 41K mile stock Nittos. They do ride a little rougher but not bad at all. I can definitely feel the extra weight and the slight loss of great ratio but overall it's not terrible. Still have to do a little clearencing on the front bumper. I'll see how bad it hits the gas mileage and report back.

Yes I'm running 1.25" SpiderTrax spacers. Main reason I had to do the BMC and some aggressive bumper mods. Plus the Duratracs are pretty wide and aggressive on the outside edges.
