Anybody ever seen one of these before?

I came across this tool box yesterday. It caught my eye and it was too cool to let it get thrown into the scrap barrel. Even had its set of 5 open end wrenches.

Thanks for the tip, I hadn't planned on selling it. I was (?) going to use it for stuff like shackles and snatch blocks. However, I just found the box on fleabay...$300 :wow:

I guy I know was helping clean up/downsize a large printing house. I happened to see the corner of it in a pile. All I saw was "otors" on the top and it caught my eye.

Thats pretty awesome. Anyone notice the list says "cross recess type" instead of phillips? And "assistant drivers seat" instead of passenger? Thats some history right there..

Yeah, "cross recess type" took me a second to decode. I was amazed that the factory provided this level of equipment to maintain and service a vehicle. But then again, there was a time that Cadillacs came with wrenches and baby Hi-Lifts too.

That is pretty awesome IMO, although one could joke they had to come with tools because they were unreliable.

I wish vehicles today still came with tools and tool boxes
