i think it was only available on the surfs. this pisses me of though, the hilux surfs had all the cool stuff available on theres we got base models compared to what they were offered.

i dont need one but they look so cool.

Parking sensor... tells where and distance... the passenger front has an arrow pointing direction and the bar graph is distance.

i want it so i can park as close to a friends car as possible to mess around with them. its funny. plus that thing is cool.

I'm going to make an educated guess and say this is not from a Surf. It doesn't fit perfect, as it would if it were factory. It looks like a custom, one-off setup.
