ARB bumper install on a 99 SR5

If I stick with these coils I will consider a 1/4-1/2" driver side spacer, otherwise side-specific coils make sense.
Which coils? The rear? To be clear, I have the same setup as you front, and side specific rears(gas tank accommodation) that make me sit 100% level.
All the rubber bushing are/were so frozen that until I disconnected the end links and rotated the sway bar to "break" it free it wouldn't barely rotate, now it does.

Hm, almost concerning. I wonder what broke free. Maybe the rubber bushing in the sleeve? Regardless, it should never move freely. The factory bushings are bonded to the inner and outer sleeves, and are not made to rotate, but only twist/flex.
When changing height, you should always loosen upper and lower control arm bolts, and tighten them with the weight of the vehicle on all 4 tires. I didn't loosen mine to go from notch 3 to 4, but I- ideally- should have.
This keeps the bushings neutral at ride height. If this isn't done, it will shorten the life of your bushings, as they will constantly be under stress. It could affect ride and suspension travel as well.
This also applies to the lower shock mount bolt.

Tyler, as far as coils, I am referring to the front. I have 890s in the rear. If I were to install a driver-side spacer It would be on the front only.

Regarding the rubber bushings being frozen, I was referring to the sway bar bushings, not the LCA bushings.

FWIW, I plan to replace my LCA bushings before the end of the year with Whiteline

Getting the shocks in and out of the truck is really a 2-person job as we had to leverage the LCA downward after disconnecting the sway bar end links to allow free motion of the suspension. I suspect new LCA bushings vs. old frozen rubber ones would allow more flex without having to leverage the LCA.
You really should be breaking free all the pivot bolts in the suspension anyway when changing ride height... so, no more leverage issues then.

Agreed, I'll be changing LCA bushings soon and will readdress all this then along with a 1/4" top hat spacer on the driver's side, if needed

Well, here she is. Dirty, and not in tip top shape at the moment, but I'll get her back to her full glory soon enough :D
