Hey guys, My name is Brock, I was just hired at Lucrum Industries to run the prototype portion of the company. I have read your threads about wanting a Lucrum type mount for the 5th gen. and well I want to make this happen, but before I can give the project a green light I need to take a look at one up close...

This is where I need your help. I need to borrow a 5th generation for 1 day, to take measurements off of and mock up a prototype.
I will not be cutting or welding to or near your car.

Once we get a prototype finalized, 4Runner.org will be the first ones told and we will have a group buy.

The entire wInch mount will be similar to our current FJ one.

If you dont know what Lucrum is, check us out @ Lucrumind.com or for those on Facebook, find us. I will work my hardest to keep you guys in the loop on progress. We're located in Oceanside (North San Diego)

Oh, if we can safely build it, it will be built :) .. I will let you know as soon as we have a closer look behind the bumper, but if its like all other late model Toyotas, you guys will have a new option in the very near future.

Brock, if Reklov cannot make it I work 8.5 miles from your location listed on your website. I could drop it off on my way to work and pick it up after. That would give you approx. 8 hours. I can always being it back if need be as well. Let me know.

I'd like to go ahead an order my wench. Specs are: 5' 7", brown eyes, ~120 lbs, + good job w/ benefits.

Should be fairly instant to be able to tell if it is possible, then we must design a mount that will fit in the space without compromising strength.

**We have our 5th Gen coming in first thing Monday morning, we will have an announcement up by Tuesday if winch mounts will be designed. I am 99% sure this is going to be a go, just need to make sure. I am EXCITED!**

**Also we have a 4th gen 4Runner as well as 4th and 5th gen Tacoma's lined up :) gonna get real busy real quick :)

I am very interested in this product, could you please try and design the mount so that it would work on a SR5/Limited body still as well as the trail. It seems like there is a ton of aftermarket support for the Trail but the SR5 (majority of T4Rs on the road) gets over looked. Thanks for getting this started.

Behind the plastic, that area of the 4Runner is identical across all trim lines. I can't see why the end product wouldn't be a universal fit.

You'll have my order as soon as I hear the winch mount is structurally feasible and that Lucrum Ind. is tooling up for production.

The Winch Mount is a GO!! Today I was able to build a prototype and we are now 100% confident in the new product. We will have a finalized mount ready in ~2 weeks for final fitment.

so start saving your pennies :) looks like there is gonna be another toy on the market.

Winch mount will work on all 5th gen's no matter the model.

Marketing will have a press release with prices and specs by the end of the week.. i can just confirm, were a go :)

YAY! This is WONDERFUL news! Everything comes to those who wait.

I guess it's time to start shopping for a winch ...
 
For those of us who are considering putting one on a Black Limited, will black powder coating be a option?
