Another happy customer! Took about a week total time. The post office is the delay. Sending a parcel CA <=> NJ at a reasonable rate takes several days. The unit was repaired and upgraded to the green lights in a day.
Adjustable temperature is a first world comfort again. Thanks John!

New Stereo, Front seats AND, finally the recently repaired CCUnit.... ! What a difference when it all works like it is supposed to. The Green LED is super.

Just got my CC unit back into my 4runner yesterday. AC has never felt so good and smelled so sweet. I literally sat in my 4runner for 20 minutes just running the AC. I believe I got the 4Runner used back in 2006 and the CC was already malfunctioning so this is a whole new feeling for me. Thanks so much John!

Nice, I need to do this if I'm ever allowed to cross the border again. Is there some core refund arrangement like buying new brake calipers so I can swap in a refurbished one and then send in my old one, without having to go weeks waiting for mine to get fixed?

I wasn't expecting you'll refund the 10% off since I didn't contact you via email and just put it on the notes when I checked out on eBay via Paypal.

The unit I sent you wasn't even broken, I know I just had super sensitive temp changes sometimes. Mostly did it for the White LED backlight since I can't see shit at night.

This whole thing also thought me how to pick apart the mid area to get that out. That's probably the most hands on I've had when fixing something on my car. Thank you Tim/Sean for the video!!!!!

I actually got to install my Alpine Bluetooth mic which was not installed 4 yrs ago when I had my head unit upgraded
