Both versions of that bumper look good on those 5th gens.
FYI - Shrockworks is working on a rear bumper for the 5th gen.
Getting it. lol.

Have we even seen pictures of it yet? Why would you plan on getting something when you haven't even seen it?Getting it. lol.
As you can see in the picture, they are not absolutely perfect, but if you mess with the amount of washers that are between the trim and headlight holes or move the part around that stabilizes the trim pieces, you can dial in the fit.

It would be impossible to install them after the bumper was already on. They're actually kind of a pain to install and you need to squeeze in the area where the bumper would be to get to the screws. I attached a pic of the trim pieces that install before the main bumper. You can see the screw on the bottom left corner which you definitely couldn't get to if the bumper was already installed.
So shrockworks sent me less than half of the hardware required for installation...the clips were just the beginning. I ended up having to go to 5 stores here in cheyenne to get all the stuff...real pain in the ass. Going to give shrockworks a call on monday...no reason I should have to spend more money and two hours to get the hardware. But at least the install is done and it looks great. Ill post some pics tomorrow.
Snow&surf, how much did it run you to have the little pieces painted? Just curious; even though my truck is black I might get mine done so the match is better to factory paint.
So for those of you who've installed the bumper how do you feel about the washer bottle protection? Also has anyone with BudBuilt skid plates installed the bumper?
