Best Tire size for 3 inch lift

I run 255/85/R16 Toyo mud tires with the stock wheels. In my opinion the 255 "thin" tires look amazing. It's a 33.5 inch tire. I have more than 3 inch lift but I'm pretty sure you can fit them.

I fit this same tire with no front and what’s left of my rear lift from my OME890s. Takes about 10 mins to clearance each side

Me want bigger

So I have 265 70 r16 and want to bump up a size...or 2, but I don't want to trim or have rub. 3in lift is on there now.
