Been a while since I posted-

Now that winter is ending its time to start doing some refreshing. Corona virus destroying the world isn't helping that but it has to be done.

Completed today March 20 2020 157k:

- 12 qt complete transmission fluid swap with Toyota WS fluid
- Inner and outer tie rods with Sankei 555 set
- Transfer case output seal replaced
- Tire Rotation
- Wheel Alignment

I jsut spent an hr going throug your build thread. Awesome man, love it. I was in Portland for 4 years, I loved it while I was there. Winters aren't as bad as many think. The short winter days though killed me.

Putting it to work during the quarantine here in NY. Cleaned out about 3500lbs of debris from the depths of my yard. No issue at all.

prepping it for another road trip up to Maine to Quarantine in the north woods for a week or two just for a change of scenery.

Not much on the list except visual inspection and oil change and a cleaning

rear door lock actuator got weird again but I fixed it taking it apart cleaning it out and re lubing everything, then follow the re calibrate process.

Quarantined in the North woods of Maine for a while.. 500 mile trip Averaged 18.3 MPG..

Haven't posted much lately since I haven't really put many miles on her. The runner has been garaged for the most part I have been working from home.

Prepping for another road trip to the Northwood of Maine.

Truck has a fresh detail

-Changed Transfer case fluid with Mobile 1 devlac HD 75w90
-Cleaned throttle body
-Cleaned air filter
-ReTapped all skid bolt holes with 15MM stainless
-Repainted skid plates

Changed Rear diff fluid with fresh Redline HD shockproof

Need to do-
-Clean up frame
-Front diff fluid change
-New Upper Balljoints
-Grease driveline

Thank you sir, The plasti dip wheels are long gone for several years, that said, it did seem to hold up fine but it also stained with mud after wheeling..

The grill I have since painted over the plasti with Matte Black..


Lots of big updates to this thread coming shortly, just gathering all the items and time to do installs

I see your wiper tank and it reminds me I need to do mine lol. on hard left turns mine will contact and then abs will kick in because it doesn't like one tire trying to stop haha. Also limiting turning at full stuff

Thanks!! Yeah im loving the new tires.. the washer tank seemed to be an issue for alot ot Toyota's going to 35's.. so I figured why not, it was super easy.. However, make sure your not in a rush and empty your fluid tank before you just start pulling the spray pumps out... ask me how I know LOL.

I'm looking to purchase the same wheels. Did you have any issues with them fitting? I see you have spacers. Did you try to run them without spacers?

Wheels fit great, I did not try without spacers, but I believe they would probably work.. I like the slightly wider stance with the skinnier tires.
