Cant figure out where im rubbing...

I got my 285s mounted today. doesnt rub too bad. but there is one rubbing issue i want to address. anytime im turned as if im pulling in to a driveway, or turning at an intersection, as soon as i hit a bump, my tire rubs. i cant figure out where though. ive already beaten the pinch weld flat, removed most of the plastic inside the wheel well, and basically removed my entire valance. ive got about 2 inches of suspension lift and a 1 inch body lift. that is really the only time it rubs. havent wheeled it yet though. i imagine ill see a lot more rubbing when i do. so does anyone know where i could be rubbing? i cant track it down since itll only rub hitting a bump with force. im running 1/4 inch wheel spacers with longer studs and the tires are treadwright guard dogs, 285-75r16 bead2bead.

Just drive back and forth on the approach of your driveway. Do that a ouple of times you'll see rubber marks in your rubbing. Or easier have a buddy spot you.

Ive tried both. everytime i do this i either cant get it to rub, or my buddy couldnt see it. haha. i have to be going atleast 8-10 mph. and its just too hard to tell where. im thinking it may still be the pinch weld. i smashed in the bottom corner pretty well. how far up the fender do you usually have to go when pounding the pinch weld?

Its usually in the bottom corners, front or back of the fender well. Almost at full turn. If you do it enough time you'll see the tire marks on there.

i know it probably seems like im not researching enough. but ive read through a lot of threads. i wish i could just find someone who documented their trimming process with a similar setup.

look up "rubbing issues" you'll see guys hammer their rigs in the fender wells. What wheels are you running?

They're the stock 16 inch wheels from the 01-02 limited and sport editions. The coke bottle wheels. And I'm running 1/4 washer style wheel spacers.
 
Your rubbing on your pinch welds. Your not rubbing on your washer Reservoir. Even at full stuff you will not hit it. You can trim them. View BFAD for pics and I think I have a few on mine. It will not completely remove the rub. But for street ability it will work just to trim them. As well once you fix your caster (upper UCAs) will help move your tire away from the firewall.

At full and half stuff you will have to tub the firewall to get rid of the rub and fit properly. Been fighting with rubbing the whole time I have had my 285s. I also rub on my fender because of how close they are to the tire at full atuff
 
I had rubbing issues when I first installed lift with 285 km2 on LC 16x8. Once I swap out to 5 star OEM 16x7 rubbing gone that's with 3" up front.
