Certified warranty - about to hit 100k

Guys,
I've got a certified 2010 4wd limited about to roll over to 100k miles. My local dealer says we can go over it with a fine tooth comb before the warranty expires. My question is, are there any common issues I should bring up for them to check?

The only issue that I have with it, is that sometimes when I turn left and go up an incline (i.e. my driveway), there is a creaking noise coming from the suspension.
Another question I had was if there was a firmware update for the non-navigation radio? The iPod interface is horrible.

Timing cover leak, it usually leaks next to the steering pump. I don't think the 2010 head unit is capable of software updates. Other than an occasional oil leak maybe a leaking water pump these are great trucks.
