Final Update...
So I went through Marlin Crawler and got new clutch. Installed on Thursday so now the break in period begins.
AMAZON refund!!!
I am still in a bit of shock about how AMAZON provided incredible customer service. When I got the work order from the transmission shop, I went home and submitted the information through the link AMAZON provided. With in 45 minutes they had reimbursed me for the mechanic fees. I think I will be a very loyal customer of them for sometime.

This is what happened to my clutch. Any suggestions on replacement for Supercharged 2000 4 Runner 3.4L
