You just motivated me to get the ball rolling on my Roll bar install, it's been on the back burner for a while now-

Update for the last couple weeks.
Got my Sub Amp in...
Crescendo BC2000D
Finished up building my box for the 2 12" American Bass XFL's
Just had to throw the 18 in first to make some noise, I'll switch to the 12's in a little bit.
Hung the amp off the side of the rollbar, worked brilliantly.
And since the battery is in, I now have working F/R Aux lighting.
DRL's + Hi-Beams, Super wide pattern, but lacking distance, waiting on a set of temp headlights to get here so I can do my retrofit and hopefully cure that.
DRL's + Low beams
Need to do my rock lights now as well.

Little update, went to my favorite junkyard today hunting for some parts for the 2nd gen we just picked up for my brother and ended up getting something for myself.
Had a couple fresh 99's in, and I got some Yakima roof rack parts off of one.
One bar with a set of Q-Towers and Q62 clips, one Q tower is torn up, somebody trying to remove the rack before me must've torn it off and gave up, parts were scattered.
One bar was on control towers mount to the factory rails, easy enough to pull the rails off and slide it out the end.
They're locked so I need to have them picked or get a key somehow.
I'm planning on making a poor man's full length rack out of the parts I have,
A crossbar over the front doors on Q-Towers, a crossbar over the back on Q-towers, and 2 Bars on the factory rails with Control pads so I can drop the Megawarrior closer to the roof and get rid of the weak factory rails.
Only thing I need is a one more set of Q62 clips and a set of control towers for my other bar, and I'll be good to go.
Only in it about 100$ with what I already have, (4 bars, 5 1/2 Q-Towers, set of Control Towers, Megawarrior, 2 sets of locks, and a couple packages of SNARS mounts.)

I just read this thread for the first time and enjoyed it much. I just recently rescued a 3RZ that needed the motor rebuilt. I am curious about the following statement "Also added 36hp and 30 ft lbs in 3 minutes!" you made on page 4.
How did you add the 36hp?
BTW I believe I'm unable to see many of the pictures. Do they get deleted over time?

Was just kdding there, just put on one of the cheap ebay TRD oil caps to replace the cracked plastic one, lol.
Pictures are all still working on my end, and I host them all through the same place, so they shouldn't be going anywhere.

So, got a little excited and an ad popped up on the forum at the perfect time, so this happened...
Thinking I'm just going to break down and buy a set of downpour's mounts, they look sweet.
Also found a local guy I need to have a chat with, supposedly makes sliders for around 250 a set, if he can do some kickouts, I'll be going with them.

Been procrastinating the hell out of all my mods in progress, but made some headway on one in the last couple of weeks.
Projector retrofit almost done.
OEM Housings, painted Duplicolor Graphite w/ Morimoto Mini H1 projectors
After finding the headlights and wiring in the junkyard for 30$, I ended up with around 70$ more tied into it between the new relay, new bulbs, adapter washers (accidentally threw the set from the old buckets away...) and OEM housings.
Not bad, just hoping they are as good as everybody says they are.

Lighting was a bit goofy outside but i grabbed some pictures of the interior.
Ignore the wiring in the last one, it's all for the stereo and none of it's hot, yet.
Hey! the Back seat is 4runner seat? Seems like its not.
If not what seat is it? I'm looking to replace the my 4runner stock seat. Those thing are the most Uncomfortable seat ever.

All four seats are from an Infiniti QX4, I wasn't a fan of the 4runner seats either.
